About E-System

In 2011, E-System was developed as a replacement for an outdated, desktop-based client management system. The first version was comprised mainly of screens to manage customer demographics and service intakes. Over the next few years, E-System was enhanced and grew into a mature cloud-based case management system with many features, including a robust reporting module, electronic billing, client eligibility, liabilities, customer-configured user-defined fields and labels, and much more.

But what separates E-System from other case management systems is its unique ability to be that “community or region-based” hub. Imagine for a moment as someone needing services, having to tell your history to every provider or case worker you meet. This would not only be repetitive, but it could be a painful or traumatic process for an individual. This is where E-System delivers.

Not only a cloud-based system, but E-System is also a multi-tenant system. This allows you, as an agency, to work with other agencies that might be providing services to the same groups of people. So now the client can go from agency to agency, and their information and current suite of services follow along with them. And they do not need to re-tell their story.

While this functionality is built into E-System, it is not enabled by default. If you need to use E-System to provide services for your clients, and do not need interaction with other agencies, then you can run it as is. If you do, you can still control what clients, and specifically what client records, are shared.
